The breakfast was incredibly amazing. Very complete and tasty. The owners are polite and helpful. Laundry service was fast and good. Good price-quality ratio. Great location near the port.

I recently stayed at Taya's Place during my visit to Thailand. As a budget traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and hospitality of the owners. They were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a 24-hour convenience store and pier just a short walk away. The staff also helped me with arranging my transfer to Surat Thani and offered delicious shakes and cold tea and coffee. It truly felt like a home away from home - highly recommended!

The location of this place is very convenient, as it is close to the pier and market. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was big and comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at this place were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

It would have been better if the place had air conditioning instead of just a fan.

The bed was comfortable, towels provided, room and bathroom clean. Close to the pier and market. Owner picked us up and helped book bus to Penang. Friendly staff and cute dogs.

the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I had to catch an early morning ferry and they prepared a breakfast box for me to have on the ferry. Not only that, but they even gave me a ride to the pier at 6am. the breakfast itself was delicious and there were multiple options to choose from. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the pier and right next to amazing food markets. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. Cons: Everything was fantastic! ✨.

taya's place in ko pha ngan exceeded my expectations! the friendly staff showed me around, provided tons of info, and even picked me up. the vibe was great, and the kitchen and balcony were a bonus. loved the comfy bed and delicious breakfast choices!

Noisy Room

The location is one of the highlights of this hotel. You don't need to worry about taking a taxi as it's just a short 300m walk from the pier. Furthermore, it's conveniently situated around the corner from the popular Saturday Night Walking Street, making it easy to explore and indulge in the local culture. The staff at Taya's Place is also highly praised for being helpful and kind, ensuring a comfortable stay. They even go the extra mile by offering additional services, such as taking guests to snorkeling spots and providing breakfast before official hours.

Some guests have complained about the noise level caused by other inconsiderate guests, with slamming doors and loud voices disturbing the peace.

The rooms at Taya's Place were super cozy and full of good vibes. I loved the free WiFi, perfect for scrolling through social media and keeping in touch with friends. The shared bathroom was actually not a big deal, it turned out to be a nice way to meet fellow travelers. And the private room with a fan was totally affordable, making my stay even better.

Okay, I gotta be honest here, the shared bathroom wasn't my cup of tea. But hey, that's just me!

The location of the accommodation was excellent, being close to the main facilities and pier. It was really convenient to explore the nearby shops and cafes. the staff were smiling and polite, providing a friendly atmosphere throughout my stay. Another advantage was the clean bathroom, which was well-maintained and hygienic.

The noise level, which could be inconvenient at times. The walls on the upper floors were quite thin, making it difficult to sleep when there were loud conversations from neighboring rooms.

Great value, friendly staff, convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food, free breakfast.

Nothing to dislike.
